Responsibilities
For Lecturers and Assistant Lecturers:
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate tutorials for undergraduate Business Management and IT undergraduate programs.
- Develop, update, and maintain high-quality course materials aligned with industry standards and academic requirements.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and other assessments and provide actionable feedback to support their academic growth.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and guidance to students in Business and IT-related fields.
- Participate in curriculum design, academic planning, and continuous program improvement.
- Actively engage in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
- Conducting research and contributing to academic publications.
For Tutors/Teaching Assistants:
- Assist in delivering tutorials for Business Management and IT undergraduate courses.
- Help with course preparation, grading, and providing personalized support to students.
- Support faculty members in managing classroom activities and fostering a productive learning environment.
- Provide academic support to students, helping them excel in their studies.
Requirements
Lecturers/ Assistant Lecturers:
- A Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Business Management or IT, with a demonstrated ability to teach complex concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, C#, etc.) is strongly preferred for IT-related roles.
- Research experience and a portfolio of academic publications are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
- A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to fostering student success and academic excellence.
Tutors/Teaching Assistants:
- A Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience or a strong interest in education is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help students achieve academic success in Business and IT.
